Thanks to everyone that was able to come out to the Fun With Fermentation Festival. It was a great success, raising over $2000.00 for FOOD for Lane County.

We had a fantastic variety of vendors, that ranged from Oak Barrel Kombucha to Oakshire Brewery, that offered their products for tasting and for sale. Also, a huge thanks to all of the kind members that offered demonstrations. We were able to learn about Sauerkraut, Koji, Mead, Sourdough and more, including a tasting of T’ej and Cyser. We had so much fun that there is guaranteed to be more to come.

What was the most incredible part of it all was the community that gathered together to enjoy good food and learn about the healthy benefits of Fermented products.

The raffle ticket winners were:
Shepard-The Ombrella {anonimous donation}
Nooshi-Body Ecology Book by Donna Gates {donated by Evergreen Nutrition}
Julie-Coconut Bliss T-shirt and coupons for 2 free pints of Coconut bliss {Donated by Coconut Bliss}
Kathee-Gallon of Raw, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar {Donated by Hummingbird Wholesale}
Jasper-Idiots Guide to Vegan Living and Idiots Guide to Vegan Cooking, signed by Local Authors Ray Sammartano and Beverly Bennett {Donated By Ray and Beverly}
